I thought the raiders line looked great tonight with absence of Cody Brummitt. The Peerman kid ran hard, until he got jacked-up by Peters. I also thought Devon Talley had a awesome game.

Yeah i no what your saying, our kids went out and sold those gold cars yesterday,my son sold 300.00 worth himself, and burton used that to feed every team tonight, they were prolly 5,000 hamburgers ate tonight, they was some big ole boys eating out there, but i will say this my son said wc was a class act, yeah they were trash talking, but who doesent, after the game them guys was classy and respectful, and i believe that is a reflection of there coach.Hey ID kelly impressed the crap out of me,they really did,a dramatic turnaround from last season,i dont see how they matched wc speed, but by golly they were swarming all over the ball.

I thought the kids from WC were classy as well. They came over and sat with us, and had nothing but positive words. It really meant alot to our kids and our program that a program of that caliber would tell us that we earned their respect. Thanks for the good words. Our kids are working hard to turn this thing around, and it is showing. I heard nothing but praise from the folks from Norton tonight.

Yeah between,J.Miles,Peters,Coleman,Sensabaugh, and Gales, its hard to get them boys touches, but coach is going to have to get them the ball at least a few times a game with the first team,we just have a deep stable of backs.Skylar didnt get any touches on O tonight because of the dislocated fingers he suffered at SV,he lead Jamil to the endzone one time but he could not grip the ball the way that he should with the padding and gloves he was wearing, man did u see the run josh has that was relentless.

burtons o line has improved a lot since i seen them practice the first week of the season we couldnt block the second team defense. everybody watch out for the raiders we are for real.Rocky baker has got the line in shape quick thats with one stater out. i know its early but raiders are state champs without a doubt.

Yea, T was very uppset after the game, because he didn't get the ball, and I don't blame him. they scored enough to were 2nd team should have got the ball more.

It is nice to be able to say that we are both looking forward to the game. It has been awhile (shows just how far we are coming). I know that it'll take a heckuva effort, but I think that we'll be competitive at least, but as someone whom I miss terribly even now once said: Take 'em one game at a time and the rest will take care of itself.
